The purpose of this meeting is to conduct a Conceptual Discussion related to the parcel of land located at 2056 F Road, in the Town of Loxahatchee Groves, Florida. The subject property is a 10-acre parcel of land located at the northeast corner of Okeechobee Boulevard and F Road. A Conceptual Discussion related to the parcel of land located at 13771 Okeechobee Boulevard, in the Town of Loxahatchee Groves, Florida. The subject property is a 4.76-acre parcel of land located on the north side of Okeechobee Boulevard approximately 0.2 miles east of E Road. A Conceptual Discussion related to the parcel of land located at 15551 Okeechobee Boulevard, in the Town of Loxahatchee Groves, Florida. The subject property is a 5-acre parcel of land located at the northwest corner of Okeechobee Boulevard and B Road. NOTICE IF A PERSON DECIDES TO APPEAL ANY DECISION MADE BY THE COUNCIL WITH RESPECT TO ANY MATTER CONSIDERED AT THIS MEETING, HE/SHE WILL NEED A RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS AND FOR SUCH PURPOSE, HE/SHE MAY NEED TO ENSURE THAT A VERBATIM RECORD OF THE PROCEEDING IS MADE, WHICH RECORD INCLUDES THE TESTIMONY AND EVIDENCE UPON WHICH THE APPEAL IS TO BE BASED.
