TOWN OF LOXAHTCHEE GROVES PUBLIC NOTICE Town Council Conceptual Discussion Tuesday, August 15, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. 155 F Road Loxahatchee Groves, FL 33470 The Town Clerk’s Office for the Town of Loxahatchee Groves hereby notifies you that the Town Council will meet on Monday, August 14, 2023, at Town Hall. The purpose of this meeting is to conduct a Conceptual Discussion related to the Groves Town Center Multiple Land Use Planned Unit Development (MLU/PUD) parcel. The subject MLU/PUD is an 89.953-acre parcel of land located at the northeast corner of Southern Boulevard and “B” Road, Loxahatchee Groves, Florida. NOTICE IF A PERSON DECIDES TO APPEAL ANY DECISION MADE BY THE COUNCIL WITH RESPECT TO ANY MATTER CONSIDERED AT THIS MEETING, HE/SHE WILL NEED A RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS AND FOR SUCH PURPOSE, HE/SHE MAY NEED TO ENSURE THAT A VERBATIM RECORD OF THE PROCEEDING IS MADE, WHICH RECORD INCLUDES THE TESTIMONY AND EVIDENCE UPON WHICH THE APPEAL IS TO BE BASED. (F.S. 286.0105) The Town shall furnish appropriate auxiliary aids and services where necessary to afford an individual with a disability an equal opportunity to participate in and enjoy the benefits of a service, program, or activity conducted by the Town.
