CALL MEETING TO ORDER: II. APPROVE AGENDA: Motion by Kruse/Steen to approve the agenda, all in favor- aye, carried III. APPROVE MINUTES: Motion by Steen/Kruse to approve the minutes from 12/5/2023 Joint Water/Sewer Public Works Meeting, all in favor- aye, carried. IV. WISCONISN DOT’S STH 48 PROJECT: Motion by Steen/Kruse to approve using colored concrete to replace the repairs to the ped ramp replacement when they are doing the HWY 48 project, all in favor- aye, carried. V. LSL PROPERTY OWNER LETTER: Motion by Steen/Kruse to approve the LSL Property Owner letter and recommend to the Village Board, all in favor- aye, carried. VI. PUBLIC INFO LETTER: Motion by Steen/Kruse to approve the Public Info meeting letter regarding the Park Ave Project and set a date for the Public Info Meeting for Tuesday, March 26th, 2024 @ 6pm. VII.
