FINANCE & PERSONNEL COMMITTEE July 10, 2024 5:30 pm Luck Village Hall 401 S. Main St. MINUTES I. Jensen called the meeting to order I. ROLL CALL: Sonja Jensen, Mike Broten, Stephanie Mueller- all here II. AGENDA: Motion Broten/Mueller to approve the agenda, all in favor- aye, carried. III. MINUTES: Motion by Jensen/Muller to approve the minutes from June 12 & July 2, 2024, all in favor- aye, carried. IV. CHECKS/VOUCHERS: Motion by Jensen/Broten to approve the checks and vouchers for June 2024, all in favor- aye, carried. V. GILLER DRIVEWAY: Motion by Jensen/Mueller to approve the driveway repair for Giller at the amount of $900.00 and $900.00 with MSA reimbursing us for that concrete that would have used per the bid recommended by the Public Service- Water/Sewer Board and recommend to the Village Board, all in favor- aye, carried. VI. MSA CHANGE ORDER: Motion by Jensen/Mueller to approve the change order request for the fabric they put down in the amount of $11,440.20 and recommend to the Village Board, all in favor- aye, carried. VII. A-1 EXCAVATING PAYMENT: Motion by Muller/Broten to approve the payment (#3) amount of $923,770.01 for the Park Avenue Project and recommend to the Village Board, all in favor- aye, carried. VIII. GOLF COURSE TIMBER SALE: Motion by Broten/Mueller to approve going through with the Timber Sale on the Jennings Property for a minimum value of $8,500.00 recommended by the Golf Commission and recommend to the Village Board, all in favor- aye, carried.
