Call to Order- Mike Broten, Bruce Anderson, Ron Steen, Jeff Anderson- all here Mike McMahon- absent b. Motion by Broten/J. Anderson to approve the agenda, all in favor- aye, carried c. Motion by J. Anderson/Broten to approve Minutes from 10/7/2024, all in favor- aye, carried. d. Appearance by Visitors- Lori Stevens- Butternut Bar and Grill $23,000 to Golf Course in 2024 e. Commissioners Open Discussion- Bruce- range net f. Motion by Steen/B. Anderson to approve starting the cart barn process and construct it in stages, all in favor- aye, caried. g. Discussion only on Campground- no action taken h. Motion by J. Anderson/Steen to table the DPS Cart Control until spring, all in favor- aye, carried. i. Motion by Steen/J. Anderson to approve the purchase of a new lap top computer for Marcus in the amount of $2,400.00, all in favor- aye, carried. j. Motion by B. Anderson/Broten to approve amending the revised Budget and recommend the revised budget to the Village Board, all in favor- aye, carried. k. Discussion only on who will take over the financials after Kevin is gone- no action taken. l. Financial Update- Cash- (11/1/2024) $215,201.00 Donations- $9,423.58 Savings- $316,378.77 m. Clubhouse Manager Report- looking into new pos systems, simulator set up on Sunday n. Golf Course Maintenance Update- walk behind aerifier- John Deere $26,557.00 Toro $36,000.00 o. Motion by Broten/J. Anderson to approve the vouchers for October 2024, all in favor- aye, carried p. Set Next Meeting Date- Wednesday, December 4th @ 5pm q.
