FINANCE & PERSONNEL COMMITTEE MINUTES November 13, 2024 5:15pm Luck Village Hall 401 S. Main St. I. Jensen called the meeting to order I. Roll call: Sonja Jensen, Mike Broten, Stephanie Mueller- all here II. Approve Agenda: Motion by Mueller/Broten to approve the agenda, all in favor- aye, carried. III. Approve Minutes: Motion by Jensen/Mueller to approve the minutes from October 9, 2024, all in favor- aye, carried. IV. Checks/Vouchers: Motion by Broten/Mueller to approve the checks and vouchers from October 2024, all in favor- aye, carried. V. VILLAGE OFFICE COMPUTERS: Motion by Jensen/Mueller to approve the purchase of 2 new office computers for $2,198.00 through Connecting Point and recommend to the Village Board, all in favor- aye, carried. VI. FEES: Motion by Broten/Jensen to approve the increase of fees for the following to be effective January 1st, 2025 and recommend to the Village Board, all in favor- aye, carried. ➢ New Operator License- $25.00 ➢ Renewal Operator License- $15.00 ➢ Street Use Permit- $50.00 ➢ Special Vendor Event- $50.00 VII. THE FINANCE & PERSONNEL COMMITTEE WILL ENTER INTO A CLOSED SESSION UNDER STATE STATUTE 19.85 (1) (C) considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any represented or non-represented public  employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility- Chief of Police and Village Treasurer compensation.
