Call to Order- Mike Broten, Bruce Anderson, Ron Steen- here Jeff Anderson- phone Mike McMahon- absent b. Motion by Steen/J. Anderson to approve the agenda, all in favor- aye, carried. c. Motion by Broten/Steen to approve the Minutes from 11/6/2024, all in favor- aye, carried. d. Appearance by Visitors- NA e. Commissioners Open Discussion- J. Anderson- sign to order food/beverage on #8, deli sandwiches f. Motion by Steen/Broten to table the cart barn until we get more information, all in favor- aye, carried. g. Motion by J. Anderson/Steen to table to the Campground until we get more information, all in favor- aye, carried. h. Motion by Steen/J. Anderson to table to the Job Description until further notice, all in favor- aye, carried. i. Motion by Steen/J. Anderson to table the posting of the job description until further notice, all in favor- aye, carried. j. Financial Update- as of 11/30/2024- Cash $184,261.76 (today $136,525.41) 3 year memberships $315,630.00 Donations $423.58 k. Clubhouse Manager Report- looking at point of sale systems, simulator ready to go l. Golf Course Maintenance Update- look at aerifiers at next meeting  m. Motion by Broten/Steen to approve the vouchers for November 2024, all in favor- aye, carried. n. Set Next Meeting Date- Monday, January 6th at 5pm o.
