JOINT PUBLIC SERVICE/WATER-SEWER MEETING Wednesday, December 11, 2024 3:00PM LUCK VILLAGE HALL 401 MAIN ST MINUTES Roll Call: Jerry Kruse, Ron Steen, Open Seat (Public Service) – all here Ben Huppert, Jerry Kruse and Ron Steen (Water Sewer)- all here Scott Anderson-Public Works Director- here I. Steen called the meeting to order. II. APPROVE AGENDA: Motion by Steen/Huppert to approve the agenda, all in favor- aye, carried. III. APPROVE MINUTES: Motion by Steen/Huppert to approve the minutes from 7/2/2024, all in favor- aye, carried. IV. ECMAR SEWER USE ORDINANCE: Motion by Steen/Kruse to discuss and approve to keep the Sewer Ordinances as is, all in favor- aye, carried. V. SNOW PLOW TRACTOR: Motion by Huppert/Steen to approve getting bids for a new Snow Plow Tractor, all in favor- aye, carried. VI. MSA- SEWER PLANT 5 YEAR PERMIT: Motion by Steen/Kruse to recommend the Sewer Plant 5 Year Permit to the Village Board, all in favor- aye, carried. VII.
