LUCK GOLF COURSE COMMISSION MEETING Monday, January 6, 2025 @ 5:00pm Luck Golf Course 1520 So. Shore Dr. Luck, WI 54853 MINUTES a. Call to Order- Mike Broten, Bruce Anderson, Ron Steen- all here Jeff Anderson- here late Mike McMahon- absent b. Motion by Broten/B. Anderson to approve the agenda, all in favor- aye, carried. c. Motion by B. Anderson/Broten to approve Minutes from 12/4/2024, all in favor- aye, carried. d. Appearance by Visitors- Lori Stevens, Butternut Bar and Grill- staying with current computer vendor e. Commissioners Open Discussion- NA f. Discussion only on cart barn- need bids and plans g. Discussion on the Campground- NA h. Motion by Steen/J. Anderson to approve the Job Description change for Marcus Wilhelm to General Manager/Golf Director with an effective date of 12/14/2024 at $63,648.00 salary, to be exempt and to be a full-time employee and recommend to the Finance Committee and Village Board, all in favor- aye, carried.  i. Motion by Steen/J. Anderson to approve the Job Description for Golf Course Superintendent with an effective date of 12/14/2024 at the amount of $55,000.00 (salary) to be exempt and to be full time employee- post for to weeks and recommend to the Finance Committee and Village Board, all in favor – aye, carried. j. Motion by Steen/J. Anderson to approve the purchase of an Aerifier for $37,156.68 all in favor- aye, carried. k. No discussion on memberships who have passed away. l. Financial Update- Cash (12/31/2024) $120,101.24 3 Year Memberships $315,906.72 Donations $423.75 m. Clubhouse Manager Report- keeping Tee quest computer system n. Golf Course Maintenance Update- aerifier and top spreader o. Motion by Steen/J. Anderson to approve the vouchers for December 2024, all in favor- aye, carried. p.
