FINANCE & PERSONNEL COMMITTEE MINUTES January 8, 2025 5:30pm Luck Village Hall 401 S. Main St. AMENDED FOR CLOSED SESSION WORDING I. Jensen called the meeting to order II. Roll call: President- Sonja Jensen, Mike Broten, Stephanie Mueller- all here III. Approve Agenda: Motion by Mueller/Jensen to approve the agenda, all in favor- aye, carried. IV. Approve Minutes: Motion by Broten/Mueller to approve the minutes from December 11, 2024, all in favor- aye, carried. V. Checks/Vouchers: Motion by Jensen/Mueller to approve the checks and vouchers from December 2024, all in favor- aye, carried. VI. GENERAL CODE: Motion by Jensen/Mueller to approve General Code to Codify 4 Ordinances for 2024 in the amount of $1,540.00- $1,870.00 and recommend to the Village Board, all in favor- aye, carried. VII. GENERAL CODE: Motion by Jensen/Mueller to approve the General Code Invoice for $995.00 annual maintenance and recommend to the Village Board, all in favor- aye, carried. VIII. EMERGENCY SNOW PLOW EMPLOYEE: Motion by Jensen/Mueller to approve to hire an Emergency Snow Plow employee for $25.00 an hour if needed and recommend to the Village Board, all in favor- aye, carried. IX. THE FINANCE COMMITTEE WILL ENTER INTO A CLOSED SESSION UNDER STATE STATUTE 19.85 (1) (C) considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any represented or non-represented public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility-Job Descriptions and pay for the following,  recommended by the Golf Commission and recommend to the Village Board. A. Golf Course Manager/Golf Director: effective date of Job Description 1/6/2025 a salary amount of $63,648.00 to be exempt and to be a full-time position and to be posted for 2 weeks internally- pay effective date after hire. B. Golf Course Superintendent position: effective date of Job Description 12/14/2024 at a salary amount of $55,000.00 to be exempt and to be a full-time position and be posted for 2 weeks internally- pay effective date 12/14/2024.
