ROLL CALL: Sonja Jensen, Ron Steen, Stephanie Mueller- all here III. AGENDA: Motion by Steen/Jensen to approve the agenda, all in favor- aye, carried. IV. STATE HWY 48 BIDS: Motion by Jensen/Steen to approve and accept to bid for State HWY 48 project to Stout Construction for $1,255,101.25 and recommend to the Village Board, all in favor- aye, carried. V. PARK AVENUE (SDWLP) LOAN RENEWAL: Motion by Jensen/Steen to approve renewing our current loan #1440889966 with Frandsen Bank and Trust for $1,472,455.00 at 6% for 120 days and recommend to the Village Board, all in favor- aye, carried. VI. ADJOURN: Jensen/Steen- meeting adjourned.
