APPROVAL OF AGENDA: Motion by Kruse/LoRusso to approve the agenda, all in favor- aye, carried. V. APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM JANUARY 6, 2025: Motion by Kruse/Erickson to approve the minutes, all in favor- aye, carried. VI. APPEARANCE BY VISITORS: same visitors as in the Public Hearing VII.
