ROLL CALL: Sonja Jensen- via phone, Stephanie Mueller- here, Mike Broten- absent III. AGENDA: Motion by Jensen/Mueller to approve the agenda, all in favor- aye, carried. IV. MINUTES: Motion by Jensen/Mueller to approve the minutes from March 12, 2025, all in favor- aye, carried. V. CHECKS/VOUCHERS: Motion by Jensen/Mueller to approve the checks and vouchers for March 2025, all in favor- aye, carried. VI. THE FINANCE AND PERSONNEL WILL ENTER INTO A CLOSED SESSION UNDER STATE STATUTE 19.85 (1) (C) considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any represented or non-represented public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility-Employment Compensation for the Seasonal Golf Course Employees to be effective 4/9/2025.
