Call to Order- Bruce Anderson, Ron Steen, Jeff Anderson- all here Mike McMahon, Mike Broten- via phone b. Motion by Steen/B. Anderson to approve the agenda, all in favor- aye, caried. c. Motion by J. Anderson/McMahon to approve Minutes from 3/11/2025, all in favor- aye, carried. d. Appearance by Visitors- NA e. Commissioners Open Discussion- McMahon- goal list attached f. Discussion on building the cart barn- discussion only- need concrete price g. Motion by J. Anderson/B. Anderson to approve food/beverage/golf prices for 2025 golf season and move Kelly Steen to $16.50/hour, all in favor (Steen abstains on employee wage)- aye, carried. h. Financial Update- attached i. Clubhouse Manager Report- opening day Wednesday, April 16- Easter Egg Hunt and brunch Sunday, April 20 j. Golf Course Maintenance Update- fertilizing/spraying for Japanese Beetles k. Motion by J. Anderson/B. Anderson to approve the vouchers for March 2025, all in favor- aye, carried. l. Set Next Meeting Date- Tuesday, May 6th at 6pm m. Adjournment- B. Anderson/J.
