ROLL CALL: Ron Steen appointed as President Pro-Tem per our Village Ordinance, Stephanie Mueller- all here Sonja Jensen, Mike Broten- absent III. AGENDA: Motion by Steen/Mueller to approve the agenda, all in favor- aye, carried. IV. MINUTES: Motion by Steen/Mueller to approve the minutes from February 12, 2025, all in favor- aye, carried. V. CHECKS/VOUCHERS: Motion by Steen/Mueller to approve the checks and vouchers for February 2025, all in favor- aye, carried. VI. UPHEAD PROPOSAL: Motion by Steen/Mueller to reject the UpAhead Propsal, for a setup fee of $199.00 and $149.00 per month, all in favor- aye, carried. VII. TRACTOR BIDS: Motion by Steen/Mueller to approve the Tractor Bid for $24,500 and a replacement moldboard for $1,073.00, recommended by the Public Works Committee and recommend to the Village Board, all in favor- aye, carried. VIII. ADJOURN: Steen/Mueller- meeting adjourned.
