JOINT PUBLIC SERVICE/WATER-SEWER MEETING Tuesday, March 11, 2025 3:00PM LUCK VILLAGE HALL 401 MAIN ST MINUTES Roll Call: Jerry Kruse, Ron Steen, Open Seat (Public Service)- all here Ben Huppert, Jerry Kruse and Ron Steen (Water Sewer)- all here Scott Anderson-Public Works Director- here I. CALL MEETING TO ORDER: Steen called the meeting to order II. APPROVE AGENDA: Motion by Huppert/Steen to approve the agenda, all in favor- aye, carried. III. APPROVE MINUTES: Motion by Steen/Kruse to approve minutes from 12/11/2024, all in favor- aye, carried. IV. TRACTOR BIDS: Motion by Huppert/Steen to approve the Tractor Bid for a 2025 Kubota L5460 56Hp without plow for $24,500.00 and a replacement moldboard for $1,073.00, all in favor- aye, carried. V. GENERATOR RADIATOR: Motion by Kruse/Steen to approve the purchase of a radiator for the Main Generator with installation for $8,053.65, all in favor- aye, carried. VI.
