ROLL CALL: Sonja Jensen, Mike Broten, Stephanie Mueller- all here III. AGENDA: Motion by Broten/Mueller to approve the agenda, all in favor- aye, carried. IV. MINUTES: Motion by Broten/Mueller to approve the minutes from January 8, 2025, all in favor- aye, carried. V. CHECKS/VOUCHERS: Motion by Jensen/Mueller to approve the checks and vouchers from January 2025, all in favor- aye, carried. VI. GOLF COURSE CD: Motion by Broten/Mueller to approve moving $110,000.00 of the 3 Year Membership Savings Account to a 5-month CD @ 4.2% through Frandsen Bank and Trust with the signers being Laurie Cook and Jennifer Anderson, recommended by the Golf Commission and recommend to the Village Board, all in favor- aye, carried. VII. GOLF COURSE GENERAL MANAGER/GOLF DIRECTOR: Motion by Jensen/Broten to approve the hire date of 1-23-2025 and pay effective date 12-14-2024, recommended by the Golf Commission and recommend to the Village Board, all in favor- aye, carried. VIII. GOLF COURSE SUPERINTENDENT: Motion by Jensen/Mueller to approve the hire date of 1-23-2025 and pay effective date 12-14- 2024, recommended by the Golf Commission and recommend to the Village Board, all in favor- aye, carried.
