MINUTES: Motion by Jensen/Steen to approve the minutes from April 9, 2025 and May 5, 2025, all in favor- aye, carried. V. CHECKS/VOUCHERS: Motion by Jensen/Mueller to approve the checks and vouchers for April 2025, all in favor- aye, carried. VI. ADJOURN: Jensen/Steen- meeting adjourned.
