JOINT PUBLIC SERVICE/WATER-SEWER MEETING Tuesday, June 3, 2025 3:30PM LUCK VILLAGE HALL 401 MAIN ST MINUTES Roll Call: Jerry Kruse, Ron Steen (3:40pm), Troy Hanson- all here (Public Service) Ben Huppert, Jerry Kruse and Ron Steen (3:40pm)-all here (Water Sewer) Scott Anderson-Public Works Director- here I. CALL MEETING TO ORDER: Anderson called the meeting to order II. APPROVE AGENDA: Motion by Kruse/Huppert to approve the agenda, all in favor- aye, carried. III. APPROVE MINUTES: Motion by Kruse/Huppert to approve the minutes from 3/11/2025, all in favor- aye, carried. IV. CRACK SEALING BIDS: Motion by Kruse/Hanson to approve the Crack Sealing Bid for Seal Teach for $5,600.00 and recommended to the Finance and Village Board, all in favor- aye, carried. V. JOHN LEONARD POOL FILL: Motion by Kruse/Steen to approve deducting the sewer charge to John Leonard’s next Utility bill for fulling up his pool with 13,000 gallons of water since the water did not go through the sewer system.
