ROLL CALL: Sonja Jensen, Ron Steen, Stephanie Mueller- all here III. AGENDA: Motion by Steen/Mueller to approve the agenda- all in favor- aye, carried. IV. MINUTES: Motion by Steen/Mueller to approve the minutes from May 14, 2025, al in favor- aye, carried. V. CHECKS/VOUCHERS: Motion by Jensen/Steen to approve the checks and vouchers for May 2025, all in favor- aye, carried. VI. CRACK SEALING BIDS: Motion by Steen/Jensen to approve the Crack Sealing Bid from Seal Tech for $5,600.00, recommended by the Public Service Committee and recommend to the Village Board, all in favor- aye, carried. VII. SAFE ROOM PROJECT BANK ACCOUNT: Motion by Jensen/Mueller to approve the opening of a Bank Account at Frandsen Bank and Trust to receive the final FEMA payment of $184,000.00 for the Luck school. Signers on the account would be Sonja Jensen, President; Jennifer Anderson, Clerk and Laurie Cook, Treasurer and recommend to the Village Board, all in favor- aye, carried. VIII.
