LUCK GOLF COURSE COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES Tuesday, July 8, 2025 @ 5:00pm Luck Golf Course 1520 So. Shore Dr. Luck, WI 54853 a. Call to Order- Mike Broten, Bruce Anderson, Ron Steen, Stephanie Mueller and Mike McMahon- all here b. Motion by Steen/Anderson to approve the agenda, all in favor- aye, carried. c. Motion by Steen/Anderson to approve Minutes from 6/3/2025, all in favor- aye, carried. d. Appearance by Visitors- Chuck Torrance- Cart Path & Cart GPS Butternut Grill- Taco Tuesday and Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday $1,500 fryer- who will pay for this? e. Commissioners Open Discussion- Memorial Tree for Ross Stevens f. Discussion on the building the cart barn- on action taken, discussion only- 60x48- Tim will look into this g. Discussion on the Golf Cart Lease- no action taken, discussion only- getting quotes for Golf Cart companies- Beverage Cart & Utility Cart- looking into options h. Motion by Steen/Anderson to table the walking path from Wes Petersen’s house to his dock until we know more information, all in favor- aye, carried. i. Discussion on the water and electrical installation at the Campground- no action taken- discussion only- new meter install on Friday j. Financial Update- attached k. Clubhouse Manager Report- Men’s Invitational l. Golf Course Maintenance Update- looking into a new rough mower & signs m. Motion by Steen/Anderson to approve the vouchers for June 2025, all in favor- aye, carried. n. Set Next Meeting Date- Monday, August 4th at 5pm o.
