CALL MEETING TO ORDER: Roll Call: Sonja Jensen, Troy Hanson, Stephanie Mueller, Ron Steen, Jerry Kruse, Bridget Cleary- all here Mark Beidleman- absent II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: III. APPROVE AGENDA: Motion by Steen/Cleary to approve the agenda, all in favor- aye, carried. IV. APPEARANCE BY VISITORS: NA V. CONSENT AGENDA: Motion by Jensen/Kruse to approve the consent agenda as presented, all in favor- aye, carried. a. Minutes from June 11, 2025 b. Checks and Vouchers for June, 2025 c. Operators Licenses: approve the following: Discussion and possible action to approve the following operator’s licenses: Trey Anderson Golf Course VI. WATER RATE INCREASE: Motion by Jensen/Kruse to approve the water rate increase attachment as directed by the PSC on June 24, 2025, with an effective date of June 25, 2025, recommended by the Finance Committee, all in favor- aye, carried. VII. ROLLIN’-N-SMOKIN’ FOOD TRUCK: Motion by Kruse/Hanson to approve the Special Event Vendor License Application for Rollin’-N-Smokin’ Food Truck over Lucky Days- July 18-20, all in favor- aye, carried. 1|Page VIII. BIG BUTTERNUT BOAT LANDING: Motion by Jensen/Kruse to approve having MSA present contract at our August meeting, all in favor- aye, carried. IX. LAND DONATION BY DARRELL RUBEL: Motion by Jensen/Steen to table land donation of parcel # 146-00472-0000 to the Village from Darrell Rubel (owner of Sterling Bank) and timeframe of when the Village would like this transfer to happen, all in favor- aye, carried.
