Call to Order- Bruce Anderson, Ron Steen, Stephanie Mueller- here via audio Mike McMahon, Mike Broten- absent b. Motion by Steen/Muller to approve the agenda, all in favor- aye, carried. c. Appearance by Visitors- NA d. Motion by Anderson/Steen to approve renewing the $110,000.00 CD (and any interest earned) at Frandsen Bank for another 5 months at an interest rate of no less than 4.00%. The current CD will mature on 7/17/2025. Signers on the account will be Jennifer Anderson, Village Clerk, Laurie Cook, Village Treasurer and Sonja Jensen, Village President, all in favor- aye, carried. e.
