Luck Village Special Finance Meeting Wednesday, July 16, 2025 5:15pm Luck Village Hall 401 S. Main St. AMENDED TO ADD VI. MINUTES I. Steen called the meeting to order. Roll Call: Sonja Jensen- via phone, Ron Steen- here Stephanie Mueller- absent II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: III. APPROVE AGENDA: Motion by Steen/Jensen to approve the agenda, all in favor- aye, carried. IV. APPEARANCE BY VISITORS: NA V. PARK AVENUE & HWY 48 PERMENANT FINANCING: Motion by Jensen/Steen to refer the permanent financing institution for the Park Avenue and Hwy 48 projects, and recommend to the Village Board, all in favor- aye, carried. VI. RESOLUTION 2025-7-15 WATER RATE & FIRE PROTECTION INCREASE: Motion by Jensen/Steen to approve Resolution 2025-7-15 Water Rate & Fire Protection Increase and recommend to the Village Board, all in favor- aye, carried.
