LUCK GOLF COURSE COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES Monday, August 4, 2025 @ 5:00pm Luck Golf Course 1520 So. Shore Dr. Luck, WI 54853 a. Call to Order- Mike Broten, Bruce Anderson, Ron Steen, Mike McMahon- all here Stephanie Mueller- absent b. Motion by Broten/McMahon to approve the agenda, all in favor- aye, carried. c. Motion by Anderson/Steen to approve Minutes from 7/8/2025 & 7/15/2025, all in favor- aye, carried. d. Appearance by Visitors- Nick Piszczek- presented cart barn information Chuck Torrance and Lori Stevens (Butternut Grill)- closed this Wednesday for the Women’s Invitational e. Commissioners Open Discussion- McMahon- no ranger Saturday Broten- thick roughs f. Motion by Anderson/Steen to get a Bid Request out for the Cart Barn Building and post it in the paper, all in favor- aye, carried. g. Motion by Steen/Broten to table the Golf Cart Lease until we get more information, all in favor- aye, carried. h. Motion by Steen/Broten to table the walking path from Wes Petersen’s house to his dock until we speak with him, all in favor- aye, carried. i. Discussion only- no action taken on the water and electrical installation at the Campground. j. Motion by Anderson/McMahon to approve transferring the CD monies from Frandsen Bank when it matures in December 2025 into the Golf Course Savings Account, all in favor- aye, carried. k. Financial Update- As of July 31, 2025: Cash $175,921.00 Donation $423.77 3 Year Membership (Savings) $118,007.65 CD $111,876.03 l. Clubhouse Manager Report- Women’s Invitational Wednesday, Club Championship August 24th m. Golf Course Maintenance Update- Over seed on hole 14 & 6, snow mold n. Motion by Anderson/McMahon to approve the vouchers for July 2025, all in favor- aye, carried. o. Set Next Meeting Date- Wednesday, September 3rd @ 3pm p.
