ROLL CALL: Sonja Jensen, Ron Steen- all here Stephanie Mueller- absent II. AGENDA: Motion by Steen/Jensen to approve the agenda, all in favor- aye, carried. III. MINUTES: Motion by Steen/Jensen to approve the minutes from August 13, 2025, all in favor- aye, carried. IV. CHECKS/VOUCHERS: Motion by Jensen/Steen to approve the checks and vouchers for August 2025, all in favor- aye, carried. V. STOUT CONSTRUCTION PAY APPLICATION #1: Motion by Jensen/Steen to approve the payment (#1) amount of $369,386.60 for the HWY 48 Watermain Project and recommend to the Village Board, all in favor- aye, carried. VI. JENNIFER ANDERSON COURSE COMPLETION: Motion by Jensen/Steen to approve the bonus of $1,000 for the completion of the 4th and final year of Municipal Clerk’s Course at UW Green Bay and recommend to the Village Board, all in favor- aye, carried. VII. ADJOURN: Jensen/Steen- meeting adjourned.
