PUBLIC SERVICE MEETING Tuesday, September 9, 2025 3:30PM LUCK VILLAGE HALL 401 MAIN ST MINUTES Roll Call: Ron Steen, Troy Hanson- all here Jerry Kruse- absent (Public Service) Scott Anderson-Public Works Director- here I. CALL MEETING TO ORDER: Hanson called the meeting to order. II. APPROVE AGENDA: Motion by Hanson/Steen to approve the agenda, all in favor- aye, carried. III. APPROVE MINUTES: Motion by Steen/Hanson to approve minutes from 10/2/2024, all in favor- aye, carried. IV. PUBLIC WORKS TRUCK: Motion by Steen/Hanson to approve looking for a new Truck for the Public Works Department, all in favor- aye, carried. V. SAVINGS ACCOUNT: Motion by Hanson/Steen to approve a LGIP savings account for the purchase of a new truck, all in favor- aye, carried. VI. SPRING CLEAN-UP: Motion by Steen/Hanson to approve eliminating Spring Clean-up and recommend to the Village Board, all in favor- aye, carried. VII. STREET PROJECTS: Discussion 145th Ave, Foster, 2 alleys for future street projects. VIII. PFAS SETTLEMENT: Discussion on PFAS Settlement IX. ADJOURN: Steen/Hanson- meeting adjourned.
