Police - Public Protection Meeting Luck Village Hall 401 S Main St. Wednesday, October 1, 2025 3:00pm MINUTES I. CALL MEETING TO ORDER: Beidleman called the meeting to order. Roll Call: Mark Beidleman, Bridget Cleary- all here Sonja Jensen- absent II. APPROVE AGENDA: Motion by Cleary/Beidleman to approve the agenda, all in favor- aye, carried. III. APPROVE MINUTES: Motion by Cleary/Beidleman to approve the minutes from August 13, 2025, all in favor- aye, carried. IV. PART TIME OFFICER HOURS: Motion by Beidleman/Cleary to approve a total of 800 hours total per year for Part Time Office hours, and recommend to the Finance Committee, all in favor- aye, carried. V. SQUAD CAR SAVINGS: Motion by Bieldeman/Cleary to approve increasing the annual Squad Car Savings deposit to $12,500.00 each year, and recommend to the Finance Committee, all in favor- aye, carried. VI. 2026 BUDGET: Motion by Cleary/Beidleman to approve the 2026 Police Budget, all in favor- aye, carried. VII.
