LUCK GOLF COURSE COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES Monday, October 6, 2025 @ 3:00pm Luck Golf Course 1520 So. Shore Dr. Luck, WI 54853 a. Call to Order- Mike Broten, Bruce Anderson, Ron Steen, and Mike McMahon- all here Stephanie Mueller- absent b. Motion by Steen/Anderson to approve the agenda, all in favor- aye, carried. c. Motion by Steen/McMahon to approve Minutes from September 3, 25, & 30, 2025, all in favor- aye, carried. d. Appearance by Visitors- Butternut Grill- $14,000.00 to Golf Course (20%) and $6,000.00 for extras, looking for a cook for next year. e. Commissioners Open Discussion- Bruce A- move meeting time Ron- driving range turf, #11 hot mix patch f. Discussion on the Cart Barn- get specs and publish in paper g. Motion by McMahon/Anderson to approve the cart path bid from American Paving & Sealcoating for $29,500.00 and motion by Anderson/Steen to approve Marcus and Tim to use an additional $12,000.00 for cart paths if they see fit, all in favor- aye, carried for both motions. (Funds used will be from the donation from Chuck and Pamm Torrance and the $14,000.00-20% Country Club and $6,000.00 ‘contractual’ Country Club money received). h. Motion by Steen/McMahon to approve the donation of $500.00 from Bruce Anderson, and recommend to the Village Board, all in favor- aye, carried. i. Motion by Steen/McMahon to approve Maxwell Heating and Air bid to do piping and regulator repairs for $3,470.00, all in favor- aye, carried. j. Water and electrical installation at the Campground- no action taken. k. Motion by Anderson/McMahon to approve the proposed 2026 Budget, all in favor- aye, carried. l. Financial Update- (as of 9/30/2025) Cash $226,749.00 Donations $38,076.39 3 Year Membership $118,748.38 CD $111,876.03 m. Clubhouse Manager Report- Big Cup went well, last day October 31, aerifying greens all done, $30.00 for 18 holes and a cart n. Golf Course Maintenance Update- new mower comes tomorrow o. Motion by Anderson/McMahon to approve the vouchers for September 2025, all in favor- aye, carried. p. Set Next Meeting Date- Wednesday, November 5th @ 5pm q.
