Community Input: Meeting Open to the Public: (Limit comments to 5 minutes per person) The City of Luna Pier operates under rules of parliamentary procedure, which states, “Citizens have the right to attend the meetings and be permitted to address the body on matters that are relevant to business. Citizens must observe all of the rules that are set. Members of the public attending the meetings of the governmental body DO NOT have the right to interrupt or heckle. During public comment time, they have the right to ask to be heard by requesting permission of the body through the Mayor. All questions, comments and remarks must ALWAYS be addressed through the Mayor.” Public Comment time is just that—an opportunity for the public to comment. It is NOT a time for a debate, exchange of ideas, or opportunity to harass board members, all of which will not be permitted at the City of Luna Pier Council meetings. 11. Council Action Needed: A. Erie Road Truck Haul & Road Maintenance Agreements with Ajax Paving, Ryan Incorporated  A proposed motion to approve/deny the Erie Road Truck Haul Route & Road Maintenance Agreement for Ryan Incorporated as presented giving the Mayor and Clerk authorization to sign agreement for the City of Luna Pier, waiving the reading.  A proposed motion to approve/deny the Erie Road Truck Haul Route & Road Maintenance Agreement for Ajax Paving Industries as presented giving the Mayor and Clerk authorization to sign agreement for the City of Luna Pier, waiving the reading. B. Haul Agreement money from Ajax Paving to fix Erie Rd.  A proposed motion to approve/ deny having Ajax Paving pay to fix Erie Road bringing it back to status before paving project or to have Ajax issue the City of Luna Pier a check for the cost of the repairs to Erie Rd and having the city doing the repairs at a later time. C. USDA Grant 2nd withdraw  A proposed motion to approve/deny the USDA Grant 2nd withdraw in the amount of ($3,761.53) three thousand, seven hundred and sixty-one dollars and fifty-three cents, as presented, with invoices attached, waiving the reading D. New Forms approval for Land Division Application, Property Combination Application, Divide Platted Lots Application  A proposed motion to approve/deny to approve the new Land Division Application form, Property Combination Application form  and the Divide Platted Lots Application form as presented, waiving the reading. E. Appointment of Mayor Pro-tem  A proposed motion to approve/deny the appointment of Mayor Pro-Tem Neal Wakeman on the recommendation of Mayor Gardner. Term expiring December 31, 2020 F. New Pay to Park Machine  A proposed motion to approve/deny the purchasing of new parking machine from Traffic & Safety Control Systems in the amount of ($11,725.00) eleven thousand, seven hundred and twenty-five dollars as presented, waiving the reading. 12.
