Community Input: Meeting Open to the Public: (Limit comments to 5 minutes per person) The City of Luna Pier operates under rules of parliamentary procedure, which states, “Citizens have the right to attend the meetings and be permitted to address the body on matters that are relevant to business. Citizens must observe all of the rules that are set. Members of the public attending the meetings of the governmental body DO NOT have the right to interrupt or heckle. During public comment time, they have the right to ask to be heard by requesting permission of the body through the Mayor. All questions, comments and remarks must ALWAYS be addressed through the Mayor.” Public Comment time is just that—an opportunity for the public to comment. It is NOT a time for a debate, exchange of ideas, or opportunity to harass board members, all of which will not be permitted at the City of Luna Pier Council meetings. 11. Council Action Needed: A. TEMACOG Membership  A proposed motion to approve/deny the City of Luna Pier becoming a member with TEMACOG at the cost of ($256.00) two hundred and fifty six dollars for one year as presented waiving the reading. B. Water Tower Seniors-request for fees to be waived for rental of water tower for Christmas Dinner.  A proposed motion to approve/deny to approve the Water Tower Seniors to rent Water Tower Hall for Christmas Dinner on December 7, 2019 with the City waiving the rental fee as presented, waiving the reading. C. Resolution # 942- Abandonment of Burns Addition Alley, Columbus Grove Alley, Erie Grove Alley  A proposed motion to approve/deny Resolution # 942 the Abandonment of Burns Addition Alley, Columbus Grove Alley, Erie Grove Alley as presented, waiving the reading D. Haul Agreement Options  A proposed motion to pick option #1. Have Ajax Paving bring Erie Road to the standards when project started. 2.
