Community Input: Meeting Open to the Public: (Limit comments to 5 minutes per person) The City of Luna Pier operates under rules of parliamentary procedure, which states, “Citizens have the right to attend the meetings and be permitted to address the body on matters that are relevant to business. Citizens must observe all of the rules that are set. Members of the public attending the meetings of the governmental body DO NOT have the right to interrupt or heckle. During public comment time, they have the right to ask to be heard by requesting permission of the body through the Mayor. All questions, comments and remarks must ALWAYS be addressed through the Mayor.” Public Comment time is just that—an opportunity for the public to comment. It is NOT a time for a debate, exchange of ideas, or opportunity to harass board members, all of which will not be permitted at the City of Luna Pier Council meetings. 11. Council Action Needed: A. USDA Grant 5th Draw correction to the amount increasing the dollar amount from $100,200.00 to $104,000.00 due to correction in the pay application form #1 from the contractor.  A proposed motion to approve/deny the USDA Grant #5 Draw correction increasing the amount from ($100,200.00) one hundred thousand, two hundred dollars, to ($104,000.00) one hundred and four thousand dollars due to the correction on the pay application from the contractor as presented, waiving the reading. B. Lighthouse electric quote-Brint Electric  A proposed motion to approve/deny the Brint Electric quote for the Lighthouse electric in the amount of ($16740.00) sixteen thousand, seven hundred and forty dollars as presented, waiving the reading. C. Re-appointment of DDA member-Vicky Johnson for another four (4) year term.  A proposed motion to approve/deny the reappointment of DDA Committee Member Vicky Johnson for a four (4) year term expiring 1-15-2024 as presented, waiving the reading. D. Re-appointment of DDA Committee member- Noah Campbell for another four (4) year term.  A proposed motion to approve/deny the reappointment of DDA Committee Member Noah Campbell for a four (4) year term expiring 1-15-2024 as presented, waiving the reading.
