Community Input: Meeting Open to the Public: (Limit comments to 5 minutes per person) The City of Luna Pier operates under rules of parliamentary procedure, which states, “Citizens have the right to attend the meetings and be permitted to address the body on matters that are relevant to business. Citizens must observe all of the rules that are set. Members of the public attending the meetings of the governmental body DO NOT have the right to interrupt or heckle. During public comment time, they have the right to ask to be heard by requesting permission of the body through the Mayor. All questions, comments and remarks must ALWAYS be addressed through the Mayor.” Public Comment time is just that—an opportunity for the public to comment. It is NOT a time for a debate, exchange of ideas, or opportunity to harass board members, all of which will not be permitted at the City of Luna Pier Council meetings. 11. Council Action Needed: A. USDA Grant 6th Draw in the amount $144,000.00  A proposed motion to approve/deny the USDA Grant #6 Draw in the amount ($144,000.00) One hundred and thirty two thousand dollars as presented, waiving the reading. B. South County Water Billing Agreement  A proposed motion to approve/deny the South County Water Billing Agreement having South County Water continue to bill Luna Pier’s Sewer portion at the cost of( .96) ninety six cents per household as presented, waiving the reading. C. Luna Pier Business Assoc. disbandment and approval for Veteran’s Day Parade  A proposed motion to approve/deny the approval for the City of Luna Pier to take over the Veteran’s Day Parade. D. Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual addition to 5.4 Hours of Work  A proposed motion to approve/deny the addition of paragraph that addresses the Grant Related Details to Section 5.4 Extra Hours of Work as presented, waiving the reading 12.
