Community Input: Meeting Open to the Public: (Limit comments to 5 minutes per person) The City of Luna Pier operates under rules of parliamentary procedure, which states, “Citizens have the right to attend the meetings and be permitted to address the body on matters that are relevant to business. Citizens must observe all of the rules that are set. Members of the public attending the meetings of the governmental body DO NOT have the right to interrupt or heckle. During public comment time, they have the right to ask to be heard by requesting permission of the body through the Mayor. All questions, comments and remarks must ALWAYS be addressed through the Mayor.” Public Comment time is just that—an opportunity for the public to comment. It is NOT a time for a debate, exchange of ideas, or opportunity to harass board members, all of which will not be permitted at the City of Luna Pier Council meetings. 11. Council Action Needed: A. USDA Grant Draw# 7  A proposed motion to approve/deny the USDA Grant Draw # 7 in the amount of Sixty eight thousand dollars ($68,000.00) as presented, waiving the reading. B. Public Safety Radio Communications System Subscriber Agreement 2019  A proposed motion to approve/deny the Public Radio Communication System Agreement-2019 with Monroe County. The City of Luna Pier will be paying a one- time fee of two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) per radio. Police cost for (7) seven radios will be One thousand, seven hundred and fifty dollars ($1750.00). The Fire Dept. cost for twenty (20) radios will be Five Thousand ($5000.00) dollars as presented C. Dave Gautz letter to start negotiations for the 2020/21 Employee Agreement  A proposed motion to approve/deny the starting of negotiations for the Employee Agreement for 2020-2021 Fiscal year D. Appointment to Employee Relations Committee  A proposed motion to approve/deny the appointment of _______________________ to the Employee Relations Committee. E.
