COMMISSIONER DISTRICT 3 Elaine Poe 04 / 14 / 2015 BOC Special Meeting 112  COMMISSIONER DISTRICT 4 Patricia Shontz CA: The CA swore in Commissioner Margie Elaine Poe and Commissioner Patricia Shontz to serve as the representatives of District 3 and District 4, respectively. 2. SELECTION OF VICE-MAYOR CITY CHARTER, SECTION 4.4 THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS SHALL APPOINT A VICE-MAYOR AT ITS FIRST REGULAR MEETING FOLLOWING THE ELECTION. Mayor Palladeno: The Mayor passed over his gavel to make a recommendation to the Board. He commended the hard work and dedication that Commissioner Elaine Poe has contributed to the City and explained how she would be more than qualified and well-suited to serve as the Vice Mayor. Commissioner Lister and the rest of the Board agreed on her qualifications and dedication to the City. A motion to select Elaine Poe as the 2015 Vice-Mayor was made by Mayor Palladeno and seconded by Commissioner Lister.
