YES F. PUBLIC COMMENT- LIMITED TO THREE (3) MINUTES G. CONSENT AGENDA - NONE H. UNFINISHED BUSINESS - NONE I. NEW BUSINESS 1. DISCUSSION IN REGARDS TO BP OIL SPILL LITIGATION A DISCUSSION WITH THE CITY ATTORNEY APPROVING THE SCHEDULING OF A SHADE MEETING TO DISCUSS BP OIL SPILL LITIGATION. 0 7 /01/2015 BOC Special Meeting 1 12 CA: Explained that there has been some development in regards to the City's lawsuit with BP and an update in regards to the litigation. The CA is asking for a Shade's (Out of the Sunshine) Meeting to be scheduled for July 8th at 2:30 p.m. immediately followed by a Special Meeting to approve a resolution relating to the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill. V-M Poe: Her only concern was ensuring that there was enough time for the Special Magistrate - Code Enforcement Hearing to conclude since it has already been scheduled for the same day at 2:00 p.m. The CA said he believed that only one case was on the agenda and it shouldn't be a problem. A motion to schedule a Shade's (Out of Sunshine) Meeting at 2:30 p.m. and a Special Meeting at 3:00 p.m. was made by Commissioner Lister and seconded by Vice-Mayor Poe.
