Mayor Black called the meeting to order. MEMBERS PRESENT: Maggi Black, Mayor John Douthirt, Vice-Mayor Nancy Hodges, Commissioner District 2 Nancy Oakley, Commissioner District 3 MEMBERS ABSENT: Terry Lister, Commissioner District 1 STAFF PRESENT: Jonathan Evans, City Manager Ralf Brookes, City Attorney Clara VanBlargan, City Clerk Walter Pierce, Finance Director Dave Marsicano, Public Works/Marina Director A. CALL TO ORDER Mayor Black called the meeting to order at approximately 6:00 p.m. B. ROLLCALL City Clerk Clara VanBlargan called the Roll and all Commission members were present except for Commissioner Lister. C. NEW BUSINESS 1. OFFICIAL ELECTION RESULTS City Clerk Clara VanBlargan read the Final Official Election Results for the City of Madeira Beach as follows: Commissioner District 1 Total Votes Cast 1,195 Votes Terry Lister 595 Votes Deby Weinstein 600 Votes Commissioner District 2 Total Votes Cast 1,187 Votes Eric Breslin 540 Votes Nancy L. Hodges 647Votes Mayor Black Congratulated Commissioner Hodges and Deby Weinstein and said although Terry Lister is not present she would like to thank him for all his years of service to the City of Madeira Beach.
