The Board of Commissioners of the City of Madeira Beach, Florida will
meet at City Hall, located at 300 Municipal Drive, Madeira Beach, Florida
to discuss the agenda items of City Business listed at the time indicated
below.

A. CALL TO ORDER - The meeting was called to order at 5:45 p.m.

1. DISCUSSION ON OUTSTANDING LIEN SETTLEMENTS

3. DISCUSSION ON FINANCE AND BUDGET POLICIES

ACM/FD: The first two items on the agenda are items that were asked to be referred at the June 23 BOC
Workshop for a later date. The third item is a continued presentation on Finance and Budget Policies and
representative from PFM will be attending to discuss the policies with the Board.
There are some additional items that need to be added to the Workshop Agenda with the Board's
approval. The Mayor has asked at the Budget Presentation about raising the parking meters. The ACM/FD
has done some research and put some numbers together for review. There are also some requests to
amend the Fees and Collection Procedure Manual from the Building Department and Recreation - the
breakdown of the requested changes will be presented to the Board. The last item is related to the
Playground Equipment Grant award for $50,000 that the City just received. The ACM/FD would like to go
over the updates and improvements to the Recreation Center that this grant will help achieve.

A motion to approve the agenda with the three additional items described by the ACM/FD was made
by Commissioner Lister and seconded by Vice-Mayor Poe.
