City of Madeira Beach Agenda BOC Workshop Agenda Setting Meeting Tuesday, November 12, 2019 @ 5:45 PM Commission Chambers The Board of Commissioners of the City of Madeira Beach, Florida will meet in the Patricia Shontz Commission chambers at City Hall, located at 300 Municipal Drive, Madeira Beach, Florida to discuss the agenda items of City Business listed at the time indicated below. WORKSHOP AGENDA SETTING MEETING Items for November 19, 2019 Regular Workshop Meeting Workshop meeting date changed due to Thanksgiving Holidays Week A. Update on Marina Audit and the steps being taken on that to follow the advice of the Forensic Auditors – Robert Daniels, City Manager B. Traffic Light Request from Madeira Cove residents (The entire presentation is limited to ten (10) minutes.) 4. CONFIRMATION OF DIRECTION In accordance with p.17, 2. Types of Meetings, paragraph 2, the City Manager shall read back the requested items to be workshopped for clarification purposes if necessary. 5. ADJOURNMENT One or more Elected or Appointed Officials may be in attendance.
