City Council Meeting Monday, November 26, 2018 The meeting was called to order by Mayor Mike Grote. Those in attendance were; Dave Whitney, Larry Schickling and Nate Ellis. A Motion was made by Larry Schickling and seconded by Dave Whitney to approve the Consent Items. Voting in favor of said motion, Mike Grote, Larry Schickling, Nate Ellis and Dave Whitney, motion was approved, with Andy Gappa absent. A Motion was made by Larry Schickling and seconded by Nate Ellis to adopt Resolution 2018-14, A Resolution establishing Financial Management Plan. Voting in favor of said motion; Mike Grote, Larry Schickling, Nate Ellis and Dave Whitney; motion was approved, Andy Gappa absent. A Motion was made by Dave Whitney and seconded by Nate Ellis to designate the American Legion Post 19 Hall at 36 First Street NW, Madelia as the 2019 Polling Place. Voting in favor of said motion; Mike Grote, Nate Ellis, Larry Schickling and Dave Whitney motion was approved, Andy Gappa absent. A Motion was made by Larry Schickling and seconded by Nate Ellis to table Curb Replacement request. Voting in favor of said motion; Mike Grote, Nate Ellis, Larry Schickling and Dave Whitney motion was approved, Andy Gappa absent. With no further business before the Council, A Motion was made by Larry Schickling and seconded by Dave Whitney to adjourn the meeting. Voting in favor of said motion, Larry Schickling, Nate Ellis, Dave Whitney and Mike Grote. Voting against none, motion was approved, Andy Gappa absent. The meeting was adjourned.
