City Council

City Council Meeting Monday, February 25, 2019 The meeting was called to order by Mayor Mike Grote. Those in attendance were; Andy Gappa, Larry Schickling, Cody Eager and Dave Whitney. A Motion was made by Larry Schickling and seconded by Dave Whitney to approve the Consent Items. Voting in favor of said motion, Mike Grote, Cody Eager, Larry Schickling, Dave Whitney and Andy Gappa, motion was approved. A Motion was made by Andy Gappa and seconded by Cody Eager to adopt Resolution 2019-02, A Resolution stating approval providing for the issuance and sale of $1,120,000 General Obligation Sanitary Sewer System Revenue Bonds, Series 2019A, and pledging net revenues for the security thereof. Also adopting Governmental Bonds Post-Issuance Compliance Policies and Procedures. Voting in favor of said motion; Mike Grote, Larry Schickling, Cody Eager and Andy Gappa; motion was approved, with Dave Whitney absent from the vote. A Motion was made by Larry Schickling and seconded by Cody Eager to approve advertising for seasonal employment of said motion, Mike Grote, Andy Gappa, Dave Whitney, Larry Schickling and Cody Eager. Motion was approved. A Motion was made by Dave Whitney and seconded by Larry Schickling to approve advertising for a part-time position at the Liquor Store of said motion, Mike Grote, Andy Gappa, Dave Whitney, Larry Schickling and Cody Eager. Motion was approved. A Motion was made by Larry Schickling and seconded by Andy Gappa to approve contract with Lake Crystal Rec Center for pool management for 2019 Season of said motion, Mike Grote, Andy Gappa, Dave Whitney, Larry Schickling and Cody Eager. Motion was approved. With no further business before the Council, A Motion was made by Andy Gappa and seconded by Cody Eager to adjourn the meeting. Voting in favor of said motion, Mike Grote, Andy Gappa, Cody Eager, Larry Schickling and Dave Whitney. Voting against none, motion carried.
