City Council Meeting Monday, June 24, 2019 The meeting was called to order by Mayor Mike Grote. Those in attendance were; Mike Grote, Andy Gappa, Cody Eager, and Larry Schickling. Dave Whitney was absent. A Motion was made by Andy Gappa and seconded by Cody Eager to approve the Consent Items. Voting in favor of said motion, Mike Grote, Cody Eager, Larry Schickling, and Andy Gappa, motion was approved. Dave Whitney was absent. A Motion was made by Larry Schickling and seconded by Andy Gappa to approve a On-Sale Wine License to fox’s Pizza Den , Tony and Nichole Pierre, contingent on approval from the Minnesota Department of Public Safety Alcohol and Gambling Enforcement Division. Voting in favor of said motion; Mike Grote, Cody Eager, Larry Schikling, and Andy Gappa; motion was approved. Dave Whitney was absent. A Motion was made by Andy Gappa and seconded by Cody Eager to approve PR#1 for the City Street Shop Rebuild to remove to add 2630 sf of 8” slab on grade w/rebar and 1’0” of foundation wall and re-pour a thickened face perimeter edge. Voting in favor of said motion, Mike Grote, Andy Gappa, Larry Schickling and Cody Eager. Motion was approved. Dave Whitney was absent. A Motion was made by Andy Gappa and seconded by Cody Eager to approve the 2018 Audit. Sarah Oberloh from Oberloh & Oberloh was present at the meeting to present the 2018 Audit. Oberloh & Oberloh submitted a proposal in 2018 for audit services performed for 2018, 2019 and 2020. Voting in favor of the said motion, Mike Grote, Andy Gappa, Larry Schickling and Cody Eager. Motion was approved. Dave Whitney was absent. The Council tabled the curb cut at A2 in the trailer park on Center Avenue North. A request from Ben Lehman (Street Department) to look at doing a drive up curb for the whole length of the block instead of making curb cuts at each trailer. Chris Fischer will contact Stephaine Ibbarra (Mobile Park Manager) and discuss. With no further business before the Council, A Motion was made by Cody Eager and seconded by Andy Gappa to adjourn the meeting. Voting in favor of said motion, Mike Grote, Andy Gappa, Cody Eager, and Larry Schickling. Voting against none, motion carried.
