City Council Meeting Monday, June 27, 2022 7:00p.m. Fire Hall Basement The meeting was called to order by Mayor Mike Grote. Those in attendance were Mike Grote, Cody Eager, Andrew Gappa and Glen Christensen. Dave Whitney was absent. Others presented were Chris Fischer, Patrick Casey (via phone), Chief Prescher, Heather Utz, Jim Pettersen and Kathy Guyer. A Motion was made by Cody Eager and seconded by Andy Gappa to approve the Consent Items with additional items to the agenda: 2. Setting Public Hearing for July 11, 2022 at 6:00p.m. for Gage Ave Vacation 3. Setting Planning Commission meeting for July 11, 2022 at 5:30 for setback requests on Outlot A, Nolta Subdivision 2nd Addition. 4. Setting Board of Adjustments and Appeals for July 11, 2022 at 5:45. Board of Adjustments and Appeals – July 11, 2022 at 5:45 Public Hearing for vacation of Gage Avenue Northeast from 2 nd Street Northeast intersection north to the city limits. Voting in favor of said motion; Mike Grote-Yes, Andy Gappa-Yes, Glen Christensen- Yes and Cody Eager-Yes. Motion was approved. Dave Whitney was absent. A Motion was made by Andy Gappa and seconded by Glen Christensen to go into Closed Session to discuss Perrine Pizza Business Loan request of Deferring the loan. Voting in favor of said motion; Mike Grote-Yes, Andy Gappa-Yes, Glen Christensen- Yes and Cody Eager-Yes. Motion was approved. Dave Whitney was absent. A Motion was made by Andy Gappa and seconded by Glen Christensen to reconvene the regular Council and close the Closed meeting.
