City Council Meeting Monday, January 23, 2023 The meeting was called to order by the Mayor Cody Eager. Those in attendance were Andy Gappa, Cody Eager, Phyllis Schickling and Mark Slater. Glen Christensen was absent. Others presented were Chris Fischer, Chief Prescher and Heather Utz. Please note sign in sheet attached for other that attended. A Motion was made by Andy Gappa and seconded by Mark Slater to approve the Consent Items with one (1) additional item: 1. Mowing RFP advertising. Voting in favor of said motion; Cody Eager-Yes, Andy Gappa-Yes, Phyllis Schickling- Yes and Mark Slater - Yes. Motion was approved. Glen Christensen was absent. Check Report Attached A Motion was made by Phyllis Schickling and seconded by Andy Gappa to approve increasing Park Shelter Fee to $50 and no deposit. Voting in favor of said motion; Cody Eager-Yes, Andy Gappa-Yes, Phyllis Schickling-Yes and Mark Slater - Yes. Motion was approved. Glen Christensen was absent. A Motion was made by Andy Gappa and seconded by Phyllis Schickling to approve the advertising of the Mowing RFP. Voting in favor of said motion; Cody Eager-Yes, Andy Gappa-Yes, Phyllis Schickling-Yes and Mark Slater - Yes. Motion was approved. Glen Christensen was absent. With no further business before the Council, A Motion was made by Andy Gappa and seconded by Mark Slater to adjourn the meeting. Voting in favor of said motion; Cody Eager-Yes, Andy Gappa-Yes, Phyllis Schickling-Yes and Mark Slater - Yes. Motion was approved. Glen Christensen was absent.
