City Council Meeting Monday January 27, 2025 The meeting was called to order by Mayor Cody Eager. Those in attendance were Cody Eager, Mark Slater and Matt Gunderson. Andy Gappa and Glen Christensen were absent. Others present were Chris Fischer, Michelle Rusten, Rob Prescher, Patick Casey, Jan Christenson, Kathy Guyer, Jim Pettersen and Michelle VanHee. A Motion was made by Mark Slater and seconded by Matt Gunderson to approve the Consent items with two (2) changes: 1. Discuss and take appropriate action on Change Order #1 for Sieve Construction in the amount of $1,600.00 for heating expenses to pour concrete in November and December at Well House #6. 2. Discuss and take appropriate action on Pay Request #2 for Sieve Construction in the amount of $41,509.00, including Change Order #1 in the total. A Motion was made by Matt Gunderson and seconded by Mark Slater to approve Pay Request #2 for Sieve Construction in the amount of $41,509.00, including Change Order #1 in total. Pay Request #2 completes the Well House #6 project at $74,909.00 plus additional $1600.00 for Change Order #1, totaling $76,509.00 for the construction of the Well House #6. Please note that Pay Request has two (2) line items totaling $2500.00, this is not included in the above totals. This amount is the Light Plants responsibility and will be billed out.
