City Council Meeting Monday, July 28, 2025 The meeting was called to order by Mayor Cody Eager. Those in attendance were Cody Eager, Mark Slater, Andy Gappa, Matt Gunderson and Glen Christensen. Others present were Chris Fischer, Heather Utz, Wade Johnson, Rob Prescher, Jim Pettersen, Celia Simpson and Michelle VanHee. A Motion was made by Glen Christensen and seconded by Matt Gunderson to approve the Consent Items with three (3) additional administrative items: 2. Discuss and take appropriate action on repealing Moratorium Ordinance 115 Cannabis. 3. Discuss and take appropriate action on approving Ordinance 115 Cannabis. 4. Discuss and take appropriate action on Development Agreement with VanHale Properties, LLC of parcel 176000410.
