MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC: There were no members of the public wishing to speak. CMM-23-208. Closed session with legal counsel to discuss settlement strategy in the following pending Oakland County Circuit Court Cases pursuant to Section 8(e) of the Open Meetings Act, MCL 15.268(e): Case No. 22- 197465-CZ, Artic Fox, LLC v. City of Madison Heights; Case No. 2023- 198563-CZ, Bloom Capital, LLC v. City of Madison Heights; and Case No. 2023-201613-CZ, 305 N Euclid v. City of Madison Heights. 1  Motion to enter Closed session at 6:32 p.m. to discuss settlement strategy in the following pending Oakland County Circuit Court Cases pursuant to Section 8(e) of the Open Meetings Act, MCL 15.268(e): Case No. 22-197465-CZ, Artic Fox, LLC v.
