Informational Meeting Downtown Development Authority Madison Heights, Michigan September 6, 2022 An Informational meeting of the Downtown Development Authority was called to order by Chairman Van Buren on Tuesday, September 6, 2022, at 8:00 a.m. in the Executive Conference Room of the City of Madison Heights City Hall at 300 West Thirteen Mile Road, Madison Heights, Michigan. Present: Chairman Mike Van Buren and Lenea Renshaw. Also Present: Community Economic Development (C.E.D.) Supervisor Tucker, Business Services Coordinator Mary Daley Absent: Rickey Busler, Ruth Charlebois, Gordon Davignon, Mayor Roslyn Grafstein, Vice Chair Yousif Jarbo, Joseph Keys, Joe Marando, Anthony Mancini, Melissa Marsh, Mike Sheppard, Jennifer Zmarzlik, DDA-22-47 Meeting Open to the Public. There were no members of the public wishing to speak. DDA-22-48 Informational Meeting. C.E.D. Supervisor Tucker stated that this is the DDA’s first of two annual informational meetings in compliance with Public Act 57 of 2018. He reviewed the current Board members, goals and projects, financing, 2021- 22 accomplishments, FY 2022-23 upcoming projects, DDA Programs, committee overview and functions. DDA-22-49 Adjournment.
