Regular Meeting Environmental Citizens Committee October 19, 2023 A Regular Meeting of the Environmental Citizens Committee was held on Thursday, October 19, 2023 at 10:00 AM in the Municipal Building Breckenridge Room at 260 W. 13 Mile Road, Madison Heights, MI 48071 CALL TO ORDER Chairman Salley called the meeting to order at 10 a.m. and due to lack of quorum the regular meeting was adjourned at 10 a.m. REPORTS City Manager Melissa Marsh introduced Oakland County Water Resources Commissioner Jim Nash, Chief Engineer Lynne Seymour, and Environmental Planner Stephanie Petriello. Oakland County Water Resources provided a PowerPoint presentation and handout for their RainSmart Rebates program.
