Library Advisory Board Meeting Notes Madison Heights, Michigan May 18, 2022 A Library Advisory Board Meeting was scheduled for Wednesday, May 18, 2022 at 6:30 PM at Library - Breckenridge Room, 240 W. 13 Mile Road CALL TO ORDER Meeting could not be held due to lack of quorum. ROLL CALL PRESENT Council Alternate Mark Bliss Deborah Shepherd EX-OFFICIO City Manager Melissa Marsh Library Director Vanessa Verdun-Morris Meeting could not be held due to lack of a quorum. City Manager Marsh and Director Verdun- Morris provided brief updates on: Civic Center Project, including the addition of a makerspace; Student representation on city committees & boards; Library operations plans during and post renovation, including the library's goal of remaining open throughout the project.
